All unapproved returns will be refused by our receiving department.
SpecialTees cannot control variations in colors as happen sometimes with dye lots.
While we make every effort to ship garments in all same dye lots,
this may not always be possible and will not be condition for return. Also, in order to ship full size ranges (infant through toddler)
it may be necessary to use different manufacturers for these garments and differences in colors may occur.
For skirted designs, SpecialTee reserves the right to substitute similar fabric as necessary when fabric lots run out.
Customers will be notified only when the change represents a significant difference in the appearance of the garment.
MINIMUM: 4 pcs per design, colors and sizes may be assorted. $50 minimum and lead time is 2-4 weeks.
Custom Orders: Minimum 25 pcs per design, colors and sizes may be assorted. Lead time is 2-6 weeks.
ALL PURCHASES MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL OR FAXED PO.
VERBAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A FIRM WRITTEN PO.
Payment for orders is taken at the time of placement.
Refunds are provided only if order is shipped incorrectly. Refunds will be in the form of either a credit on the account
or refunded back to the paying credit card and will be at the discretion of SpecialTee Designs.
